The Canal Winchester School District introduces an added convenience for families. SPS EZPAY is the website application that allows families to pay for school fees and add to their student’s lunch accounts with a debit/credit card over the internet. Parents can access this by clicking on the link to the right.First time users need to set up an account:
You will just need an email account and your student’s ID # (your student’s lunch number). You DO NOT need to add any zero's before the ID #
This number is located on the schedules of MS and HS students as Student ID number. Elementary students have the number posted on report cards and the bottom of this page. You may add all of your students to one account. There is no fee to set up an account and monitor lunch accounts.
After you have set up an account:
· Add money to your students lunch account
· Pay school fees
· Set up ‘low balance’ emails to ensure your student has money for lunch
There is a convenience fee of $2.00 per transaction to pay school fees or add lunch money that will be charged along with your credit card payment. This fee covers the cost of processing payment transactions via credit card. The total convenience fee will be displayed prior to completing any payments on our website.
You may still continue to send in cash or check (made out to Canal Winchester Schools) with your student to be added to his/her lunch account at NO charge. You may continue to pay your fees at your student’s school building office by cash, check or credit card.
