Once completed the application must be dropped off in person to the district office, located at 100 Washington St, Canal Winchester, OH 43110. The district office is open during business hours Monday through Friday.
*Email, fax and mailed applications will not be accepted.
Please print the application and then fill out the first page OR type in the form itself and print out, then sign. Please be sure to sign your form before turning in to the district office.
Frequently Asked Questions
The Canal Winchester School District will review all Open Enrollment Applications received in the month of May.
Each applicant will receive a letter in the mail by the date of July 31st , stating whether the student has been accepted OR has NOT been accepted into the Canal Winchester School District under open enrollment. You will receive a mailed letter of notification either way.
Please do not contact the district office for information regarding the student’s status.
Applicants for Open Enrollment shall be considered using the admission priorities listed in the district policy and NOT on a first-come-first-served basis. There will be no waiting list.
Your signature on the open enrollment application indicates you have read the open enrollment policy and are aware you are responsible for transportation to and from school each school day.
